Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Our Service.

1. Service Agreement

By engaging Hazel Security Management & Staffing, both venues and contractors agree to the terms outlined in their respective agreements. Services will be provided as specified in the signed agreement, and any deviations must be documented and mutually approved.

2. Payment Terms

Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party, where “control” means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.

3. Cancellation and Termination

Venues: Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 30 days prior to the scheduled service to avoid fees. Late cancellations may incur up to 50% of the contracted amount.

Contractors: Either party may terminate the contract with a 14-day written notice unless otherwise specified in the agreement. Breach of contract terms may result in immediate termination.

4. Liability and Indemnification

Hazel Security Management & Staffing will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from incidents outside of our control. Contractors and venues agree to indemnify Hazel Security Management & Staffing against claims arising from negligence or breach of the agreement.

5. Conduct and Professionalism

All parties are expected to uphold professionalism and adhere to the highest ethical standards. Contractors must comply with Hazel Security Management & Staffing’s code of conduct, and venues must ensure a safe working environment.

6. Confidentiality

Information shared between Hazel Security Management & Staffing, venues, and contractors must remain confidential. Any unauthorized sharing of information may result in legal action.

7. Compliance with Laws

Both venues and contractors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including permits, licenses, and employment laws.

8. Force Majeure

Hazel Security Management & Staffing is not liable for non-performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or governmental restrictions.

9. Amendments

Any changes to the terms must be documented and signed by both parties to be enforceable.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved under its jurisdiction.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal remedies.
